Measurement in three dimensions
Measurement with 3D laser scanning
Whether it's an as-built survey, new planning or reverse engineering: with our terrestrial 3D laser scanner, we capture your objects with millimeter precision using millions of measuring points.
This results in a precise point cloud that can be imported into the latest CAD planning software and derived as 2D plans. The points captured during the scan can be used to define edges, surfaces and volumes - for example as a basis for conversion, extension or renovation.

Engineering and construction
From the concept to front-end engineering, basic and detail engineering, our experienced engineers and technicians focus precisely on the individual requirements of your system. They create a precise 3D model including isometrics and parts lists, optionally supported by 3D laser scanning.
With the FEM calculation, we simulate the behavior under load in advance and calculate possible stresses. And with our as-built documentation, you get an exact idea of what the finished system will look like.

Pipeline construction
Modern engineering meets experienced craftsmanship: from the planning, construction, manufacture and installation to the maintenance of piping systems, our customers benefit from a well-coordinated team of around 60 skilled workers with up to 30 years of professional experience.
It starts with engineering and integrated 3D planning and continues with the production and assembly of low- and medium-pressure piping systems for a wide range of media, including the necessary documentation. This process ensures economical material planning, a continuous production process and the necessary approvals.
Requirements for safe transportation
Loading technology
Time is money - this also applies to the loading process. We offer an impressive range of precise, safe and durable loading technology as the perfect solution for efficient loading and unloading. This includes mobile and stationary loading ramps as well as loading bridges and loading platforms.
We also offer tipping platforms for containers in 20 or 40 feet as well as high cubes, which can be safely and stably tilted up to 90 degrees. Our grain tipping platforms enable fast, uncomplicated unloading of bulk goods in a wide variety of vehicle types.
