Our interdisciplinary team of engineers, lawyers and business people ensures that technical requirements, economic objectives and legal regulations are harmonized when preparing documents that are ready for approval.
In doing so, we are guided by an individual approval roadmap: We thoroughly prepare the required documents; in exactly the level of detail necessary to avoid delays.
We make use of any scope for discretion and ensure competent communication right through to final approval.

Contract and risk management
By their very nature, complex projects are highly susceptible to changes or deviations during planning and implementation. Our aim is to keep these as low as possible. Our clients therefore benefit from our support right from the start in developing a suitable contract strategy, drafting contract content, analyzing contracts and negotiating contracts.
Our team has decades of experience in change and claim management. The experts reliably review and evaluate project structures and provide technical advice to project owners and investors. They also provide support in supply chain management, from supplier analysis to supply chain qualification.

Staying in control of time
Scheduling
“Time is money”, as Benjamin Franklin said back in 1748, and this is especially true in the project management of complex large-scale projects.
This is why precise and reliable scheduling plays a decisive role for our team: with our extensive project experience, we plan the structured division of the project into milestones, phases, disciplines and work packages, taking potential risks into account.
The embedding of KPIs and continuous target/actual analyses are an integral part of our schedule control. Whether greenfield or brownfield: you can rely on our scheduling.

Identify and eliminate disruptive factors
Project analysis
If time or costs are getting out of hand and entire project goals may be jeopardized, an external, independent and time-limited review can identify possible disruptions, initiate changes and thus lead the project to success.
With the objective project analysis (also known as a cold eyes review or 360-degree analysis), we offer you three-phase support that finally identifies gaps and concrete recommendations for action and at the same time ensures better acceptance among the project participants through the assessment of an independent third party. Together, we can turn a crisis into a project success.
